Jeron Smith

Jeron Smith founded Unanimous Media with business partner Stephen Curry. Unanimous develops and produces television, film and digital content. Unanimous launched in April 2018 in partnership with Sony Pictures Entertainment across its film, television, and worldwide partnerships operations. Jeron has produced documentaries Jump Shot and Emanuel, andTelevision shows Holey Moley and Stephen Vs. The Game.

Smith is a seasoned leader in brand management, helping spearhead the launch Stephen Curry 30 Inc. as Chief Marketing Officer, and overseeing Curry’s holistic brand strategy and partnership portfolio. In his role at Stephen Curry 30 Inc., Smith developed an industry leading benchmark formula for player marketing and engineered unprecedented partnership deals with Facebook, Sony, Youtube, Rakuten and Tencent.

Prior to teaming up with Curry, Smith worked at the White House Office of Digital Strategy under President Obama, where he developed and implemented a comprehensive digital strategy for the Executive Office of the President including digital content, media partners, whitehouse.gov, as well as @whitehouse and @POTUS social media channels for specific policy initiatives.

Before joining the White House, Smith served as a Brand Marketing Strategic Lead across several categories and territories at Nike Inc. While there, Smith effectively leveraged the integrated marketing mix to launch and lead disruptive marketing campaigns, infusing new technologies and innovation to effectively connect with core consumers and drive product demand. Notable highlights include the Basketball Never Stops campaign, launching the Nike+ digitally connected footwear proposition in Europe and Asia, leading the inaugural Jordan Brand Space in Los Angeles, and the first Take Fight Vegas activation.

In 2015, Smith was recognized on Forbes’ 30 under 30 list for Marketing and Advertising and Ad Age 40 Under 40, and his expertise in digital marketing is highlighted through his published research in the International Journal of Mobile Marketing

Smith holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Howard University, and Master’s degrees from Georgetown University and Columbia University.
